Role & Responsibilities

  • Comprehend and embody the Givenchy brand ethos, evolution, and artistic direction.
  • Achieve all retail sales targets and key performance indicators, including average transaction value, average transaction units, and customer engagement metrics.
  • Execute traffic-stopping techniques daily to drive sales.
  • Provide exemplary customer service in the application and use of Givenchy products.
  • Adhere to merchandising guidelines and maintain hygiene standards consistently.
  • Support major sales and marketing activities both in-store and externally.
  • Assist the Account Manager and Area Manager in the efficient operation of the account.
  • Comply with company and store standards, rules, and regulations at all times.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience within the retail sector of the fragrance industry is preferred.
  • A passion for fragrance is essential.

Skills

Ability to work effectively within a team. Self-motivation and target-driven mindset. Competent makeup application skills. Strong communication and organizational skills.

Experience

Previous experience in retail, preferably within the fragrance industry, is preferred.
