Role & Responsibilities

  • Inspire customers with the Givenchy legacy through storytelling and exceptional customer service.
  • Approach guests and build genuine connections.
  • Stay informed about product knowledge, new fragrances, and creative ideas.
  • Maintain store standards, including stock replenishment and visual merchandising.
  • Represent Givenchy with a positive attitude and high grooming standards.
  • Work flexibly across retailer hours, including weekends and evenings.
  • Build effective in-store relationships.
  • Plan and deliver in-store events.
  • Demonstrate a passion for exceeding targets.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales or retail is advantageous.

Skills

Excellent communication and storytelling abilities. Strong interpersonal skills to build genuine connections. Keen attention to detail in maintaining store standards. Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings. Passion for luxury fragrances and exceeding sales targets.

Experience

Beginner level experience in sales or retail is preferred.
