Join Givenchy in Glasgow as a Fragrance Consultant, part of LVMH Fragrance Brands. Full-time role with opportunities for growth in a luxury retail environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Comprehend and embody the Givenchy brand ethos, evolution, and artistic direction.
  • Achieve all retail sales targets and key performance indicators, including average transaction value, average transaction units, and customer engagement metrics.
  • Implement effective customer engagement strategies to drive sales.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in the application and use of Givenchy products.
  • Maintain adherence to merchandising guidelines and hygiene standards.
  • Support major sales and marketing activities both in-store and externally.
  • Assist the Account Manager and Area Manager in the efficient management of the account.
  • Ensure compliance with company and store standards, rules, and regulations.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the retail sector of the fragrance industry is preferred.
  • A passion for fragrance is essential.

Skills

Ability to work collaboratively within a team. Self-motivation and target-driven mindset. Competent makeup application skills. Strong communication and organizational skills.

Experience

Beginner-level experience in the retail or fragrance industry is preferred.

Workplace

The successful candidate will be located in Glasgow, Scotland, UK.
