Role & Responsibilities

  • Inspire customers with the Givenchy legacy through storytelling and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Approach guests and build genuine connections.
  • Stay informed about product knowledge, new fragrances, and creative ideas.
  • Maintain store standards, including stock replenishment and visual merchandising.
  • Represent Givenchy with a can-do attitude and uphold the highest grooming standards.
  • Work flexibly across retailer hours, including weekends and evenings.
  • Build effective in-store relationships.
  • Plan and deliver in-store events.
  • Exceed sales targets with passion.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in sales or retail is advantageous.

Skills

Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Ability to build genuine customer relationships. Strong knowledge of fragrance products and trends. Proficiency in visual merchandising. Goal-oriented with a passion for exceeding targets. Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and evenings.

Experience

Previous experience in sales or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
