Join LVMH Fragrance Brands in London as a Commercial Sales Intern. Support the sales team in reporting, analysis, and coordination to drive business success.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Produce and maintain weekly retail sales reports with precision.
  • Assist in creating trackers and reports for new product launch performance analysis.
  • Request and analyze trade reports from retailers and field teams, identifying and flagging performance issues.
  • Provide monthly analysis for corporate reports, including retailer rankings and market trends.
  • Conduct weekly retailer and competitor analysis, reporting on market visibility and activity impact.
  • Validate incoming orders, ensuring alignment with launch allocations and stock availability.
  • Complete and manage new line forms and promotional documentation for retailers.
  • Update budget files and raise purchase orders for sales and marketing activities.
  • Review and confirm retailer promotional and marketing funding, ensuring financial accuracy.
  • Assist in monitoring and maintaining profit and loss statements, updating internal trackers.
  • Monitor logistics calendar and manage stock and order requests with retailers.
  • Assist in the returns process, including store audits and budget analysis.
  • Act as a key liaison with retailers to ensure alignment with sales and marketing plans.
  • Coordinate with marketing and retail teams on performance and staffing.

Qualifications

  • Proactive and highly organized with strong analytical abilities.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Ability to manage workload independently.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.

Advanced proficiency in Excel. Excellent organizational skills. Strong analytical skills. Effective communication and coordination abilities.

Experience

Beginner-level experience in a similar role is preferred.
