Join LVMH Fragrance Brands in Sao Paulo as a Brand General Manager. Lead the Brazilian market strategy for luxury perfumes and cosmetics. Bilingual in Portuguese and English required.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire business unit for LVMH Fragrance Brands in Brazil, including Parfums GIVENCHY and KENZO Parfums.
  • Drive key business indicators such as turnover, operating profit, days sales outstanding, and days inventory outstanding.
  • Develop and implement local commercial strategies and policies, including commercial terms, discounts, and rebates.
  • Formulate and execute trade and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate with team members on trade negotiations and brand image enhancement.
  • Ensure brand awareness and sell-out performance in the market.
  • Manage sales, marketing, and merchandising budgets.
  • Lead and develop a diverse team, fostering a results-driven culture.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports for wholesale and retail levels, comparing against market and budget targets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field; MBA is advantageous.
  • Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in sales and marketing with P&L responsibility in a luxury goods or consumer products company.
  • Bilingual in Portuguese and English; Spanish is a plus.
  • Experience in the Latin American market is an asset.

Experience

A minimum of 10 years of relevant leadership experience in sales and marketing, with P&L responsibility within a luxury goods or consumer products organization.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field; MBA is advantageous.
