Join LVMH Fragrance Brands in Zaragoza, Spain as a Beauty Consultant. Enhance brand loyalty and achieve sales targets in a luxury setting.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Sell brand products and deliver high-level customer service throughout the sales ceremony.
  • Enhance brand awareness and loyalty among consumers.
  • Identify, understand, and address customer needs.
  • Monitor competitors' activities, including special actions and product launches.
  • Propose and demonstrate personalized product offers.
  • Track sales performance according to key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop lasting personal relationships with customers and retailers.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly retail sales targets.
  • Participate in merchandising and inventory maintenance in line with corporate guidelines.
  • Supervise stock levels and report issues to the Area Manager to ensure optimal stock in each store.
  • Perform assigned operational and administrative tasks, such as reporting and ordering.

Qualifications

  • Secondary education or equivalent in Beauty; vocational training or university degree preferred.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in retail or service industry, ideally in luxury, beauty, or fashion. Experience as a makeup artist is desirable.

Education

Secondary education or equivalent in Beauty; vocational training or university degree preferred.

Workplace

The successful candidate will be located in Zaragoza, Aragon, Spain.

Compensation

Base salary plus incentives.

Benefits

Indefinite contract with 36 hours per week, social benefits included.
