Join LVMH Fragrance Brands in Zaragoza as a Beauty Consultant. This temporary position offers a dynamic role in a luxury retail environment, focusing on customer service and sales excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Sell brand products and provide high-level customer service throughout the sales ceremony.
- Enhance brand awareness and loyalty among consumers.
- Identify, understand, and address customer needs.
- Monitor competitor activities, including special actions and product launches.
- Propose and demonstrate personalized product offerings.
- Track sales performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop lasting personal relationships with clients and retailers.
- Achieve weekly and monthly retail sales targets.
- Participate in merchandising and inventory maintenance in line with corporate guidelines.
- Supervise stock levels and report issues to the Area Manager to ensure optimal stock in each store.
- Perform assigned operational and administrative tasks, including reporting and ordering.
Qualifications
- Secondary education or equivalent in Beauty; vocational training or university degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel) and Lotus Notes.
- English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or service industry, ideally within luxury, beauty, or fashion environments.
Education
Secondary education or equivalent in Beauty; vocational training or university degree preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Zaragoza, Zaragoza, Spain.
Compensation
Base salary plus incentives.
