Join LVMH Fragrance Brands in Marbella, Spain as a Beauty Consultant. Full-time role in luxury cosmetics, focusing on sales, customer service, and brand loyalty.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Advise and sell the brand's products to achieve sales targets at the point of sale.
  • Provide high-level customer service throughout the sales ceremony.
  • Enhance brand awareness and loyalty among consumers.
  • Identify and understand customer needs, offering personalized product demonstrations.
  • Monitor competitor activities, including special actions and product launches.
  • Track sales performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop lasting personal relationships with clients and retailers.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly retail sales objectives.
  • Maintain merchandising and inventory in line with corporate guidelines.
  • Supervise stock levels and report issues to the Area Manager.
  • Execute assigned operational and administrative tasks, including reporting and ordering.

Qualifications

  • Secondary education or equivalent in Beauty; vocational training or university degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or service industry, ideally in luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.

Education

Compensation

Base salary plus incentives.
