Join LVMH Fragrance Brands in Madrid as a Beauty Consultant. This part-time role offers a permanent contract, competitive salary, and the chance to work in a dynamic luxury environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Sell brand products and provide high-level customer service throughout the sales ceremony.
  • Enhance brand awareness and loyalty among consumers.
  • Identify, understand, and address customer needs.
  • Monitor competitor activities, including special actions and launches.
  • Propose and demonstrate personalized product offerings.
  • Track sales performance according to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop lasting personal relationships with customers and retailers.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly retail sales targets.
  • Participate in merchandising and inventory maintenance in line with corporate guidelines.
  • Supervise stock levels and report issues to the Area Manager to ensure optimal store inventory.
  • Perform assigned operational and administrative tasks, including reporting and ordering.

Qualifications

  • Secondary education or equivalent in Beauty; professional training or university degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel) and Lotus Notes.
  • English proficiency at B2 level is desirable.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or service industry, ideally within luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors. Experience as a makeup artist is desirable.

Education

Secondary education or equivalent in Beauty; professional training or university degree preferred.

Workplace

The successful candidate will be located in Madrid, Madrid, Spain.

Compensation

Base salary plus incentives.
