Join LVMH Fragrance Brands in Madrid as a Beauty Consultant. Full-time role in luxury beauty sales, fostering brand loyalty and achieving sales targets.
Role & Responsibilities
- Advise and sell brand products to achieve sales targets at the point of sale.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales ceremony.
- Enhance brand awareness and loyalty among consumers.
- Identify, understand, and address customer needs.
- Monitor competitive activities such as special promotions and product launches.
- Propose and demonstrate personalized product offerings.
- Track sales performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Cultivate enduring relationships with clients and retailers.
- Achieve weekly and monthly retail sales objectives.
- Participate in maintaining merchandising and inventory in line with corporate guidelines.
- Oversee stock levels and report issues to the Area Manager to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Execute assigned operational and administrative tasks, including reporting and ordering.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent in Beauty; vocational training or university degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel) and Lotus Notes.
- English language proficiency at B2 level minimum.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or service industry, ideally within luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors, and preferably in Travel Retail.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent in Beauty; vocational training or university degree preferred.
Workplace
The role is situated in Madrid, Madrid, Spain.
Compensation
Base salary plus incentives.
Benefits
