Join LVMH Fragrance Brands in Madrid as a Beauty Consultant. This part-time role offers a dynamic environment in the luxury beauty industry.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Sell brand products and provide high-level customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Enhance brand awareness and loyalty among consumers.
  • Identify, understand, and address customer needs.
  • Monitor competitor activities, including special promotions and product launches.
  • Propose and demonstrate personalized product offerings.
  • Track sales performance according to key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop lasting personal relationships with clients and retailers.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly retail sales targets.
  • Participate in merchandising and inventory maintenance in line with corporate guidelines.
  • Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Area Manager to ensure optimal stock in each store.
  • Perform assigned operational and administrative tasks, including reporting and ordering.

Qualifications

  • Secondary education or equivalent in Beauty; professional training or university degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel) and Lotus Notes.
  • Fluency in English (minimum B2 level) and French, depending on the location.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in retail or service industry, ideally within luxury, beauty, or fashion environments.

Education

Compensation

Base salary plus incentives.
