LVMH Fragrance Brands seeks a Beauty Consultant in Madrid, Spain. Join a luxury leader in perfumes and cosmetics to enhance brand loyalty and achieve sales targets.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Advise and sell brand products to achieve sales targets at the point of sale.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Enhance brand awareness and loyalty among consumers.
  • Identify and address customer needs effectively.
  • Monitor competitor activities, including special actions and product launches.
  • Propose and demonstrate personalized product offerings.
  • Track sales performance using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients and retailers.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly retail sales objectives.
  • Participate in maintaining merchandising and inventory according to corporate guidelines.
  • Supervise stock levels and report issues to the Area Manager to ensure optimal stock in each store.
  • Perform assigned operational and administrative tasks, including reporting and ordering.

Qualifications

  • Secondary education or equivalent in Beauty; vocational training or university degree preferred.
  • Minimum B2 level in English.
  • Experience in retail or service industry, ideally within luxury, beauty, or fashion environments.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or service industry, ideally within the luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.

Education

Secondary education or equivalent in Beauty; vocational training or university degree preferred.

Compensation

Base salary plus incentives.
