Join LVMH Fragrance Brands in Madrid as a Beauty Consultant. This part-time position offers a dynamic role in the luxury beauty sector, with opportunities for growth and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Sell brand products and provide high-level customer service throughout the sales ceremony.
  • Increase brand awareness and loyalty among consumers.
  • Identify, understand, and address customer needs.
  • Monitor competitors' activities, including special promotions and product launches.
  • Propose and demonstrate personalized product offerings.
  • Track sales performance using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop and maintain personal and lasting relationships with customers and retailers.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly retail sales targets.
  • Participate in merchandising and inventory maintenance according to corporate guidelines.
  • Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Area Manager to ensure optimal stock in each store.
  • Perform assigned operational and administrative tasks, including reporting and ordering.

Qualifications

  • Secondary education or equivalent in Beauty; vocational training or university degree preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or service industry, ideally in luxury, beauty, or fashion environments.

Base salary plus incentives.
