Join LVMH Fragrance Brands in Madrid as a Beauty Consultant. This part-time role offers a dynamic environment in the luxury beauty sector, with competitive compensation and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Advise and sell brand products to achieve sales targets at the point of sale.
  • Deliver high-level customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Enhance brand awareness and loyalty among consumers.
  • Identify and address customer needs effectively.
  • Monitor competitor activities, including special promotions and product launches.
  • Propose and demonstrate personalized product offerings.
  • Track sales performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Cultivate lasting relationships with customers and retailers.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly retail sales objectives.
  • Participate in merchandising and inventory maintenance in line with corporate guidelines.
  • Oversee stock levels and report issues to the Area Manager to ensure optimal stock availability.
  • Perform assigned operational and administrative tasks, including reporting and ordering.

Qualifications

  • Secondary education or equivalent in Beauty; vocational training or university degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel) and Lotus Notes.
  • Minimum B2 level in English.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or service industry, ideally within the luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.

Education
