Join LVMH Fragrance Brands in Madrid as a Beauty Consultant. This part-time role offers a permanent contract, competitive salary, and a dynamic work environment in the luxury beauty sector.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Sell brand products and provide high-level customer service throughout the sales ceremony.
  • Enhance brand awareness and loyalty among consumers.
  • Identify, understand, and address customer needs.
  • Monitor competitor activities, including special actions and product launches.
  • Propose and demonstrate personalized product offerings.
  • Track sales performance according to key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop lasting personal relationships with clients and retailers.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly retail sales targets.
  • Participate in maintaining merchandising and inventory according to corporate guidelines.
  • Supervise stock levels and report issues to the Area Manager to ensure optimal stock in each store.
  • Perform assigned operational and administrative tasks, including reporting and ordering.

Qualifications

  • Secondary education or equivalent in Beauty; vocational training or university degree preferred.
  • Minimum B2 level in English.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or service industries, ideally within the luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.

Education

Compensation

Base salary plus incentives.

Benefits

Permanent contract with social benefits, working 16 hours per week on Saturdays and Sundays from 11:30 AM to 8:30 PM.
