Join Parfums Givenchy in Dundrum as a Beauty Consultant. Part-time role in Ireland's luxury beauty sector with LVMH Fragrance Brands.
Role & Responsibilities
- Proactively sell Parfums Givenchy products while delivering a luxury standard of service to customers.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets as set by the line manager.
- Engage in cross-selling across product categories to enhance average transaction value and units.
- Demonstrate extensive product knowledge and propose personalized solutions to clients.
- Conduct flash make-overs and articulate the benefits of products confidently.
- Initiate contact with customers and welcome them through traffic stopping.
- Identify and reformulate client needs to foster personal relationships and loyalty.
- Educate clients about Parfums Givenchy products and the brand.
- Participate in merchandise management in alignment with corporate guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Counter Manager.
- Execute operational and administrative tasks as assigned.
- Represent Parfums Givenchy as a brand ambassador at all times.
- Adhere to company and store policies and procedures.
- Build relationships with store management and carry out additional duties as directed by the management team.
Qualifications
- Tenacious and willing to ensure customers receive the best luxury service.
- Driven and results-oriented with a focus on business growth through events and counter activity.
- Self-confident with strong selling skills and the ability to engage customers easily.
Skills
Experience
Beginner level experience in a similar role or industry.
