Role & Responsibilities

  • Proactively sell Parfums Givenchy products and deliver a luxury standard of service to customers.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets as set by the line manager.
  • Link sell across product categories to enhance average transaction value and units.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge and propose personalized solutions to clients.
  • Conduct flash make-overs and explain product benefits confidently.
  • Initiate customer contact and welcome them through traffic stopping techniques.
  • Identify and reformulate client needs to develop personal relationships and gain loyalty.
  • Educate clients on Parfums Givenchy products and the brand.
  • Participate in merchandise management in line with corporate guidelines.
  • Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Counter Manager.
  • Conduct operational and administrative tasks as assigned.
  • Represent Parfums Givenchy as a brand ambassador at all times.
  • Adhere to company procedures and policies.
  • Build relationships with store management and adhere to store policies.
  • Perform additional duties as directed by management.

Skills

Strong selling skills and ability to engage with customers. Knowledge of cosmetics and make-up application. Excellent communication skills. Ability to identify key items that suit customers' needs. Immaculate grooming and presentation.

Experience

Beginner level experience in retail or customer service, preferably within the luxury sector.
