Join LVMH Fragrance Brands in Barcelona as a Beauty Consultant. This part-time position offers a dynamic role in luxury beauty sales, with opportunities for career growth in an inclusive environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Advise and sell brand products to achieve sales targets at the point of sale.
  • Deliver high-level customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Enhance brand awareness and loyalty among consumers.
  • Identify and address customer needs effectively.
  • Monitor competitor activities, including special actions and product launches.
  • Propose and demonstrate personalized product offerings.
  • Track sales performance against KPIs.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with clients and retailers.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly retail sales objectives.
  • Maintain merchandising and inventory in line with corporate guidelines.
  • Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Area Manager.
  • Perform assigned operational and administrative tasks, such as reporting and ordering.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent in Beauty; vocational training or university degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Excel) and Lotus Notes.
  • Fluency in English (minimum B2) and French, depending on the location.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in retail or service industry, ideally within luxury, beauty, or fashion environments.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent in Beauty; vocational training or university degree preferred.

This position is based in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain.

Compensation

Base salary plus incentives.

Benefits

Permanent contract with 36 hours per week, social benefits included.
