Join LVMH Fragrance Brands in Barcelona as a Beauty Consultant. Full-time role offering competitive compensation and a dynamic, inclusive work environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Sell brand products and deliver high-level customer service throughout the sales process.
  • Enhance brand awareness and loyalty among consumers.
  • Identify, understand, and address customer needs.
  • Monitor competitors' activities, including special promotions and product launches.
  • Propose and demonstrate personalized product offerings.
  • Track sales performance using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and retailers.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly retail sales targets.
  • Participate in merchandising and inventory maintenance according to corporate guidelines.
  • Monitor stock levels and report issues to the Area Manager to ensure optimal stock availability.
  • Perform assigned operational and administrative tasks, including reporting and ordering.

Qualifications

  • Secondary education or equivalent in Beauty; vocational training or university degree preferred.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or service industry, ideally within luxury, beauty, or fashion sectors.

Education

Secondary education or equivalent in Beauty; vocational training or university degree preferred.

Workplace

This position is based in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain.

Compensation

Base salary plus incentives.

Benefits

Permanent contract with 36 hours per week on a rotating schedule, social benefits included.
