Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Project Manager in the creation and management of POS animation projects for Givenchy and Kenzo Fragrances.
  • Develop point-of-sale materials, podiums, and scenography, including briefing, moodboards, sketches, 3D images, mock-ups, graphic design, and merchandising guidelines.
  • Coordinate with external model makers and collaborate with the purchasing department to ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Conduct competitive analysis on new trends, materials, and technologies, including attending trade shows and exhibitions.
  • Develop merchandising guidelines and technical documents in English for international markets.
  • Provide operational support for various team projects.

Qualifications

  • Enrollment in a Design or Applied Arts school or equivalent university program.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and SketchUp.
  • Knowledge of Keyshot is advantageous.
  • Strong creativity and aesthetic sense.
  • Excellent organizational and teamwork skills.

Skills

Autonomy and initiative-taking. Project management. Creativity and aesthetic sensibility. Proficiency in 2D and 3D software.

Experience

No prior experience required, suitable for beginners.

Education

Currently enrolled in a Design, Applied Arts, or equivalent university program.
