Join LVMH Fragrance Brands in New York as an Assistant Manager, Consumer Engagement. Drive influencer and PR strategies for Givenchy and Kenzo in North America.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage paid and organic influencer and PR programs to achieve strategic brand objectives.
  • Facilitate content creation with influencers, creators, and makeup artists for brand programs.
  • Create and optimize content briefs for influencer programs.
  • Manage content approval processes with headquarters and ensure internal dissemination.
  • Collaborate with the Consumer Engagement Senior Manager to develop editorial programs.
  • Maintain strong editorial presence through PR/media agency collaboration and press placements.
  • Update press lists and manage influencer and celebrity makeup artist lists.
  • Build and maintain a yearly calendar for consumer engagement programs.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with beauty influencers aligned with brand image.
  • Manage ongoing relationships with top-tier influencers and content creators.
  • Forecast and manage budgets for consumer engagement programs.
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly reporting on consumer engagement activities.
  • Analyze market landscape and competition reports for brand image execution insights.
  • Utilize influencer tools for talent identification and earned media reporting.
  • Execute tactical brand engagement tasks including vendor setup and product fulfillment.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in digital, social, or editorial roles within a brand.
  • Experience in the luxury and/or beauty industry is essential.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in external communications and conflict resolution.
  • Strong Excel and data analysis skills.
  • Passion for beauty, trends, social media, and storytelling.

Skills

Platform knowledge and expertise in social media engagement metrics. Content creation and facilitation skills. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to feedback. Collaborative and eager to partner with peers. Willingness to stretch and grow in a fast-paced industry.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in digital, social, or editorial roles, preferably within the luxury or beauty sectors.

Compensation

LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published range of $73,000-$78,000, based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
