Join LVMH Fragrance Brands in Mississauga, Canada as an Account Executive. Drive sales and manage retail strategies in the luxury fragrance sector.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Achieve and drive established retail sales goals as set by Corporate.
  • Ensure proper usage of client retention systems in each account.
  • Recruit, hire, and motivate Beauty Advisors to meet sales goals.
  • Recruit, hire, schedule, and manage freelancers, including budget management.
  • Collaborate with store personnel on product launches, promotions, and special events.
  • Implement corporate merchandising guidelines to maintain brand image at points of sale.
  • Negotiate with store personnel to optimize product placement at beauty counters.
  • Update corporate office with changes to account profiles, including space and staffing.
  • Assist the Education Department in training and developing Beauty Advisors.
  • Provide Sales team with information for monthly business reports.
  • Conduct daily travel to various locations as required.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in recruiting and selecting top-performing Beauty Advisors.
  • Experience in multi-door specialty account sell-through.

Skills

Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Persistence in improving market share for all brands within the area of responsibility. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs. Ability to work from a home office. Flexibility in work hours to meet job objectives. Discretion and judgment in handling confidential information.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the beauty industry, particularly in recruiting and managing sales teams.

Workplace

This position is based in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada.

Compensation

Salary range: $80,000-$90,000 CAD, with flexibility based on expertise, performance, and tenure.
