Role & Responsibilities

  • Design and implement impactful employee development programs to foster continuous learning and career progression.
  • Lead the Organizational Management Review to identify and nurture key talents.
  • Collaborate with Maison Talent Directors to integrate regional talent initiatives with the global strategy.
  • Enhance internal mobility experiences in collaboration with the wider LVMH Group.
  • Lead the nomination process for LVMH HOUSE programs, strategically assigning learning experiences.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to meet hiring needs.
  • Lead the executive recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with leaders to define staffing needs and implement innovative sourcing strategies.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in talent development or acquisition, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
