Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as an ambassador of the Louis Vuitton brand, ensuring each client receives exemplary service.
- Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through personalized clienteling techniques.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge in the Watches & Jewelry category, acting as the primary resource for clients and team members.
- Drive category sales and contribute to the overall store performance.
- Conduct product training sessions and support new product launches.
- Provide feedback to management to enhance business strategies and client experiences.
- Lead by example in managing a personal portfolio of clients and showcasing superior clienteling options.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in luxury retail, particularly in watches and jewelry.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong storytelling and interpersonal communication skills.
