Join Louis Vuitton in Asnières-sur-Seine, France as a Technical Manager. Lead renovation projects and HSE programs in a prestigious luxury fashion brand.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee the comprehensive renovation project of the Asnières workshop focusing on environmental, workplace quality, agility and performance, and customer experience.
- Lead the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) program and cultivate a robust safety culture.
- Manage the renovation project across all scopes including investment, needs assessment, project management, and change management.
- Supervise the preparation of estimates and the overall maintenance work of the buildings to ensure structural integrity.
- Ensure the security of installations and effective management of business continuity plans.
- Implement and monitor compliance with safety regulations for both property and personnel.
- Execute the Focus safety/health initiative and the environmental policy.
- Optimize energy expenditures and monitor them using available tools.
- Manage building service providers and oversee HSE programs.
- Handle CAPEX and OPEX management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree +5 in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in large-scale industrial environments with successful project management and team leadership.
- Experience in change management is advantageous.

Minimum of 10 years in relevant roles within industrial settings.
Education
Bachelor's degree +5 in Engineering or related field.
