Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct critical analyses of existing processes to identify inefficiencies.
  • Contribute to the creation, updating, and validation of technical data.
  • Propose and implement improvement actions on production lines using Lean management techniques.
  • Perform trials and functionality tests.
  • Support the deployment of production management standards.
  • Estimate operational times and manufacturing costs.
  • Assist and train production staff in their daily activities.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Production Engineering or equivalent.
  • Ideally, previous experience in continuous improvement.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing methodologies. Strong organizational and prioritization skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork ability. Proactive and adaptable in a demanding environment.

Experience

Entry-level position, suitable for candidates with initial exposure to continuous improvement practices.

Education

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Production Engineering or equivalent.
