Join Louis Vuitton in Milan as a Team Manager - Watches & Jewelry. Lead and develop a team in the luxury fashion industry, focusing on Fine Jewelry and Watches.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach a team to achieve monthly and annual sales objectives.
  • Support team development through consistent coaching and tailored individual development plans.
  • Recruit and develop talent, ensuring succession plans in collaboration with the Store Manager.
  • Set and manage individual and team goals, fostering a cooperative and positive work environment.
  • Encourage excellence and product expertise in Fine Jewelry, Watches, High Jewelry, and High Watchmaking.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships using clienteling tools to enhance client experience.
  • Implement action plans to boost business and maximize product performance.
  • Provide product recommendations and feedback to the Country office based on market and client insights.
  • Cultivate trusted, long-term relationships with High Jewelry and High Watchmaking clients.
  • Lead by example in sales leadership, supporting team sales and developing a personal client portfolio.
  • Ensure efficient sales floor management and adherence to Louis Vuitton standards.
  • Support daily operations tasks and ensure policy compliance.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Fine Jewelry, Watches, or High-End Luxury segments.

Skills

Exceptional ability to engage discerning clientele with high emotional intelligence and discretion. Passion for creating memorable, high-touch experiences in High Jewelry and Watchmaking. Strong sense of aesthetics, precision, and attention to detail. Proactive leadership style and strong organizational skills. Agility and resilience. Proficiency in Italian and English.

Experience

Minimum of 10 years in the luxury industry, specifically in Fine Jewelry, Watches, or High-End segments.

Workplace

The successful candidate will be located in Milan, Lombardy, Italy.
