Role & Responsibilities

  • Post job opportunities online.
  • Proactively source and evaluate candidates in alignment with recruitment needs.
  • Guide candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage cross-functional projects, particularly related to Campus and Talent programs.
  • Participate in reporting and enhance tools to track the performance of initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Enrollment in a business school or equivalent program.
  • Previous experience in human resources.
