Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for permanent and temporary roles within the Client Services division.
  • Develop proactive pipeline strategies for future openings across all departments.
  • Coach and educate hiring managers on effective interviewing and assessment techniques.
  • Manage networking and employee referral processes, including exploratory interviews.
  • Champion employer branding efforts and participate in recruitment and networking events.
  • Represent the brand in LVMH HR group meetings and retail recruitment networks.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout the recruitment process.
  • Identify and develop job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers.
  • Source, identify, and interview candidates to ensure alignment with business needs and culture.
  • Coordinate background checks and manage interview scheduling.
  • Prepare compensation proposals and negotiate employment offers.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a positive experience.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic recruitment, preferably in high-volume and retail environments.

Skills

Strong strategic recruitment and talent acquisition skills. Excellent relationship-building and communication abilities. Proficiency in developing and executing recruitment strategies. Ability to coach and train hiring managers. Knowledge of legal compliance in recruitment processes.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years in strategic recruitment, ideally within high-volume and retail sectors, is required.
