Join Louis Vuitton in Paris as a Talent Acquisition Director for EMEA. Lead recruitment strategies and foster talent development in the luxury fashion industry.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage operational recruitments directly or in collaboration with executive search firms for specific functions within the organization.
  • Develop and maintain talent pools for critical roles.
  • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Monitor and ensure the accuracy of key performance indicators (KPIs) for the EMEA region.
  • Lead and animate the EMEA Talent Acquisition community, ensuring the follow-up of ongoing initiatives and projects.
  • Oversee the deployment of training programs within the EMEA Talent Acquisition community.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for hiring managers to understand their needs and respond effectively.
  • Integrate a skills-based approach into the recruitment process.
  • Implement and monitor programs and initiatives related to Talent Acquisition as sponsored by the Maison and the Group.

Qualifications

  • Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of the market.
  • Attention to data and key performance indicators.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High standards for process adherence and follow-through.
  • Experience within the geographical area of Europe is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and influence cross-functional teams.

Experience

A minimum of 10 years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.

Education
