Join Louis Vuitton in Paris as a Sustainability and Eco-Design Intern. Contribute to responsible sourcing and eco-design initiatives in the luxury fashion industry.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage social and environmental audits, including planning, coordination with third parties, analysis of audit reports, communication of results, and follow-up on corrective action plans with suppliers.
- Evaluate potential suppliers and monitor supplier CSR performance.
- Raise awareness among teams and suppliers regarding sustainability initiatives.
- Act as the primary contact for eco-design expertise and implement eco-design strategies for targeted product ranges.
- Collect material and production data, utilize eco-design platforms, analyze environmental impact assessments, and deploy tangible action plans.
- Lead efforts to reduce environmental impacts and educate development and sourcing teams on eco-design strategies.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an engineering program with a specialization in textiles or have completed an initial internship in the apparel industry.
- Experience with eco-design initiatives through academic or internship projects.
Skills
Experience
Entry-level, suitable for candidates with initial exposure to eco-design and sustainability practices in the fashion industry.
Education
Currently pursuing a degree in engineering with a focus on textiles.
