Role & Responsibilities

  • Optimize internal and external logistics flows using Kaizen tools (DMAIC, 5S, standards).
  • Design and implement performance management tools (KPIs, automated dashboards).
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and harmonization of logistics practices.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the supply chain to support teams in scheduling, planning, procurement, and customer service.

Qualifications

  • Final year or gap year of an engineering school or equivalent program.

Skills

Proficiency in Excel and/or Power BI. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in a team environment. Interest in environmental sustainability and contributing to corporate objectives.

Experience

No prior professional experience required; ideal for recent graduates or students in their final year.

Education

Currently enrolled in or completed an engineering program or equivalent.
