Role & Responsibilities
- Optimize and streamline repair operations by collaborating cross-functionally with repair workshops, spare parts, stores, quality, and warehouse teams.
- Own and analyze repair operations key performance indicators such as quality, lead-time, and efficiency to identify bottlenecks and implement data-backed solutions.
- Drive process re-engineering projects including new repair technologies, inventory optimization, and workflow redesign.
- Deliver actionable KPI reports by tracking trends, diagnosing risks, and prescribing improvements.
- Manage external vendors and service providers to optimize repair processes and align service level agreements.
- Facilitate world-class client care services by ensuring streamlined repair operations, registering repairs accurately, and escalating complex cases for resolution.
- Act as the primary contact for stores regarding repair-related matters, providing updates on repair quotations, statuses, and handling unusual requests.
- Support departmental initiatives and ad hoc assignments to ensure consistent and reliable service delivery.
Qualifications
- Process-optimization mindset with experience in operational reengineering.
- Proven project management skills from initiation to execution.
- Proficiency in data analytics and reporting, with essential skills in PowerBI and MS Office.
- Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
- Critical thinker with a relentless drive for excellence and client-centric solutions.
