  • Ensure client interactions align with the Louis Vuitton experience.
  • Collaborate with the Retail network to cultivate client relations.
  • Efficiently handle client queries in a timely manner.

Qualifications

  • 5-6 years in a similar role managing leaders and work teams.
  • Proven track record in developing successful teams.
  • Solid understanding of Digital and Retail Client Experience.
  • Knowledge of the luxury sector and market.

Skills

Luxury etiquette, style, and presentation skills. Excellent interpersonal and professional presentation skills. Strong problem-solving and influencing skills. Ability to interact effectively both in writing and verbally.

Experience

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role managing leaders and work teams.
