Join Louis Vuitton in London as a Senior Client Advisor. This full-time, on-site position requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in luxury retail. Be a brand ambassador and role model while achieving sales objectives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as an exemplary Client Advisor and role model for the team, achieving individual and team sales objectives.
- Welcome and enhance the client experience, providing comprehensive advice across all product categories.
- Demonstrate sales leadership and advanced clienteling skills to develop and recruit new clients, building long-term relationships.
- Maintain the highest standards of brand and product knowledge.
- Participate actively as a team player in all store activities to meet overall objectives.
- Uphold Louis Vuitton's grooming and behavior standards.
- Support Team Managers in establishing a client-centric mindset within the team.
- Assist management in daily operations, including floor management, stock operations, and opening/closing duties.
- Mentor and support team development through a buddy system and integration of newcomers.
- Lead by example in developing clients for high-end events and virtual appointments.
- Act as a store reference for the Country Merchandising team, providing feedback on product performance and market trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector.
