Join Louis Vuitton in New York as a Sales Audit Analyst. This temporary full-time position offers competitive compensation and benefits, requiring 2+ years of finance experience.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and reconcile Freestanding and Lease Department Store accounts.
  • Investigate tender variances and escalate issues to the local IT department.
  • Execute monthly closing procedures, including journal entries preparation.
  • Perform General Ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
  • Manage SAP account aging and clearing processes.
  • Apply intercompany payments in accordance with established procedures.
  • Conduct receivable and fee analysis to identify trends and discrepancies.
  • Invoice internal and external customers accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide comprehensive audit documentation for financial reviews.
  • File and submit evidence for chargeback claims.
  • Generate ad hoc reports and contribute to special projects.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in finance.
  • Proficiency in Excel and SAP.

Skills

Strong quantitative and analytical skills. Attention to detail. Deadline-oriented.

Experience

Candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in finance, demonstrating strong quantitative and analytical skills.
