Join Louis Vuitton in Hong Kong as a Regional Business Planning and Control Manager. This full-time role requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in financial planning and analysis.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Business Planning Director in Capex planning and actual Capex reporting analysis.
  • Manage inventory control and monitor related operational expenses and financial KPIs.
  • Collaborate with market finance and functional teams to ensure alignment with strategic and business objectives.
  • Participate in the North Asia Budget and Forecasts process, focusing on financial budget and forecast construction.
  • Conduct product sell-through and inventory depreciation analysis.
  • Oversee store Capex, fixed asset amortization, and Capex per square meter analysis.
  • Manage IT and other Capex, as well as supply chain and logistics costs.
  • Lead detailed analysis to support zone business focus and identify cost rationalization opportunities.
  • Lead Capex plans, investment financial modeling, and in-depth cost analysis.
  • Conduct inventory analytical reviews and collaborate with Merch, Supply Chain planning, and local finance teams.
  • Ensure accurate and timely submission of monthly financial statements to Central Finance.
  • Analyze and follow up on actual results versus budget/forecast.
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
  • Qualified accountant.

Skills

Extensive experience in financial planning and analysis. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI/SAP knowledge is advantageous. Excellent communication and influencing skills. Organized, agile, and detail-oriented. Ability to work within a matrix organization structure in a fast-paced environment. Team player with a passion for suggesting improvements to current systems and methodologies.

Experience

Minimum of 10 years of experience, preferably in Retail/FMCG with regional capacity. Experience in luxury and Big 4 audit is a plus.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
