Louis Vuitton in Asnières-sur-Seine, France, seeks a Recruitment Officer Intern to manage recruitment processes and support HR initiatives in a dynamic environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the entire recruitment process for leather goods artisans, including sourcing, pre-selection, logistics, interviews, and candidate responses.
  • Manage spontaneous applications and facilitate the integration of new hires through preparation and session animation.
  • Conduct recruitment for all site interns and apprentices, including needs assessment, campaign management, candidate selection, and contract management.
  • Animate the intern and apprentice community through kick-offs, newsletters, HR workshops, and coaching sessions.
  • Handle administrative follow-ups, HR interviews, and maintain communication with managers.
  • Identify talent for career tracking and manage company discovery internships, including administrative tasks, welcome, and follow-up.
  • Coordinate school and association partnerships, including contact management and event organization.
  • Participate in HR projects and collaborative team missions.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources (Bac+4/5).
  • Interest in the industrial sector and HR fieldwork.

Skills

Strong interpersonal skills and autonomy. Attention to detail and pragmatic approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience

A preliminary experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, or Training is required.

Education

Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources.
