Role & Responsibilities

  • Provide expert consultation and service to discerning national and international clientele.
  • Sell the full range of Louis Vuitton products with a focus on Ready-to-Wear Women, offering style advice.
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Participate in in-store events such as collection changes, private appointments, and product launches.
  • Perform cash register and inventory management tasks using the merchandise management system.

Qualifications

  • Successfully completed vocational training.
  • Experience in retail, particularly in the Ready-to-Wear Women sector.
  • Positive demeanor and enthusiasm.
  • Strong customer orientation and passion for sales.
  • Enjoyment of teamwork.
  • Excellent proficiency in German and English; additional languages are advantageous.

Skills

Exceptional customer service skills. Strong sales acumen. Ability to build and maintain client relationships. Proficiency in inventory management systems. Multilingual communication skills.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years of experience in retail, with a focus on Ready-to-Wear Women.

Education
