Role & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate closely with the Quality Engineer and coordinate with team leaders and leatherworkers to enhance manufacturing performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Optimize quality management systems by improving customer quality indicators.
  • Address and resolve quality issues in partnership with other workshops, departments, suppliers, or relevant entities.
  • Contribute to the management of quality alerts communicated locally or by headquarters.
  • Ensure the reliability of critical process approaches.
  • Facilitate routines to strengthen quality culture within workshops.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+4/5) in Industrial Quality Management or Continuous Improvement.
  • Ideally possess initial experience in quality management or continuous improvement.

Skills

Strong organizational, communication, and precision skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in continuous improvement and problem-solving tools, as well as standard quality tools. Familiarity with Excel and Power BI is advantageous.

Experience

Entry-level position suitable for candidates with minimal professional experience.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Quality Management or Continuous Improvement.
