Join Louis Vuitton in Hong Kong as a Quality & Repair Specialist. Full-time role in luxury fashion, focusing on client care and repair processes.
Role & Responsibilities
- Optimize repair processes by accurately registering repairs and escalating complex cases for resolution.
- Act as the primary contact for repair-related matters, providing updates on repair quotations and statuses.
- Respond promptly to store inquiries, collaborating with relevant parties to offer effective solutions.
- Manage administrative activities related to Watches & Jewelry services and support related store projects.
- Support quality improvement initiatives by conducting regular reviews and analysis of repairs.
- Arrange defective samples for global analysis and make informed decisions on stock defect classification.
- Educate stores on quality-related topics and support departmental initiatives and ad hoc assignments.
Qualifications
- Fluency in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
- Experience in the Retail or Luxury Retail industry is advantageous.
Skills
Experience
Beginner level experience in a related field, preferably within the Retail or Luxury Retail industry.
Workplace
