Role & Responsibilities

  • Enhance and maintain the project tracking table, managing target and actual dates, material reception, timely shipments, and delay control.
  • Calculate modeling and execution workload.
  • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document requirements and improve processes.
  • Review monthly billing for completed models and verify rates according to completion.
  • Generate weekly performance indicator reports for plant management, including lead-time, reliability rate, and performance metrics.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Coordinate internal and third-party resources for timely project execution.
  • Perform additional assigned tasks related to the role.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
  • Ability to commit to a minimum of 6 months internship.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills. Fluency in Spanish and French.

Experience

No prior professional experience is required, though familiarity with project management concepts is advantageous.

Education

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration or equivalent.

Workplace

The role is situated in Barbera Del Valles, Catalonia, Spain — conveniently close to Barcelona.

Compensation

Study assistance of €8 gross per hour.
