Join Louis Vuitton in St Pourcain Sur Sioule, France, as a Production Team Leader. Lead a team in luxury leather goods manufacturing, ensuring quality and efficiency.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Ensure the performance, quality, quantity, timeliness, and safety of the production team within a luxury leather goods workshop.
  • Manage a team of 25 to 30 artisans, focusing on achieving production results while ensuring team versatility and flexibility.
  • Provide meaningful guidance to the team, addressing their needs and expectations.
  • Foster a healthy and productive team spirit among colleagues.
  • Oversee the performance of production lines, particularly in supporting the development of new products.

Qualifications

  • Experience in leather goods manufacturing.
  • Over 5 years of experience in managing production teams in an industrial setting.

Skills

Strong project management skills with a focus on exploratory missions for workshop development. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally. Adaptability to change and ability to handle diverse situations.

Experience

Minimum of 3 years in a relevant role.
