Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct research on seasonal fashion trends and create trend materials using PowerPoint.
  • Execute stock transfers, including regular and urgent transfers, and communicate effectively with stores.
  • Generate regular sales and inventory reports for ready-to-wear collections, including sales, sell-through rates, and transfers.
  • Stay informed and proactive about fashion trends to support market research initiatives.
  • Assist in processing seasonal collection materials, including setting up venues for training and producing training materials.
  • Manage merchandise sets by monitoring and supporting stock movement for various events.
  • Support collection buying and ready-to-wear sizing remotely.
  • Provide event support, including stock transfers, delivery tracking, and store communications.
  • Collaborate with other categories to support transversal activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Experience in the fashion industry is preferred, including internships or short-term contracts.

Skills

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for generating materials. Strong communication skills in both Korean and English, both verbal and written. Commercial acumen and a good understanding of market dynamics. Punctuality and reliability in work commitments. Optimistic and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for fashion trends. Outgoing and eager to learn with a strong teamwork mindset.

Experience

Entry-level experience in the fashion industry is preferred, including internships or short-term contracts.

Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
