Role & Responsibilities
- Support overarching Women’s Shoes priorities and launches throughout the LVA Zone.
- Collaborate with regionals, store, and cross-functional partners to execute key strategic initiatives.
- Prepare launch plans, modelarios, lookbooks, and recaps for new product launches.
- Conduct regular competitive analysis, considering trends, pricing, actions, and events.
- Analyze sales at SKU/store level to maximize sell-through by proposing stock pushes and rebalancing.
- Partner with Paris to support and grow the Zone business with product and stock requests.
- Collaborate with supply chain to ensure stores are well-stocked for peak periods and events.
- Prepare for and support events and caravans, creating retail and client-facing tools.
- Participate in Paris buying sessions, inputting orders, sizing, and creating recaps.
- Perform general administrative tasks including scheduling meetings and shipping samples.
Qualifications
- Exceptional experience in corporate merchandising/buying with a focus on Women's Shoes.
- Ability to influence across the organization with sophisticated product allocation and knowledge.
- Skilled communicator capable of synthesizing large data sets and prioritizing key opportunities.
Skills
Experience
Minimum of 5 years in corporate merchandising or buying, specifically within Women's Shoes.

This position is based in New York, New York, USA.
Compensation
Salary range of USD $30.00-32.00 hourly plus the opportunity for a bonus.
