Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the execution of maintenance and repair tasks in stores and their facilities.
  • Address and resolve incident reports and initiate corrective measures.
  • Contribute to the optimization of maintenance and facility management processes.
  • Maintain budget files for various projects.
  • Support invoice verification and approval processes in SAP.
  • Aid in the documentation for supplier setup.
  • Perform general administrative duties.

Skills

Strong organizational skills and effective time management. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. Flexibility and adaptability to changing requirements. Technical understanding and manual dexterity. Meticulous and structured work approach. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
