Role & Responsibilities

  • Conduct operational reviews in stores and country headquarters.
  • Regularly follow up on the progress of action plans.
  • Share key points identified during internal audits or operational reviews to ensure proper application across other countries.
  • Collaborate with markets to implement corrective actions following internal audits conducted by the Audit, Internal Control, and Compliance Department.
  • Establish a regional dashboard to monitor key indicators such as sales limitations, anonymous sales, atypical transactions, inventory discrepancies, and cash discrepancies.
  • Identify anomalies and dysfunctions, providing analytical insights into their causes.
  • Act as the primary contact for countries regarding specific internal control queries, in coordination with the Audit, Internal Control, and Compliance Department.
  • Ensure proper application of internal processes in regions.
  • Verify the knowledge level and training of local Finance teams.
  • Assist countries in executing and monitoring Risk & Control Assessment actions using LVMH's internal tool, ERICA.
  • Promote the strengthening of internal control procedures by sharing best practices and providing recommendations.
  • Monitor and apply the SAPIN 2 law (Anti-corruption) through the creation and follow-up of training sessions, awareness campaigns, and the implementation of related procedures.

Qualifications

  • Degree from a Business School or University with a focus on finance, management, or audit.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Skills

Rigor and action-oriented mindset. Excellent written communication skills. Analytical and synthesis skills. Outstanding interpersonal skills. Fluency in both English and French.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years in a similar function is required.

Education

Degree in finance, management, audit, or equivalent.
