Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the implementation of business growth strategies through sales tracking and business report preparation.
  • Conduct daily monitoring of billing, and update and optimize product and client data.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc sales analyses, focusing on regional performance, high jewelry collections, events, and retail.
  • Create dashboards and sales analysis tools prior to events, and prepare analyses in collaboration with clienteling teams.
  • Engage in regular communication with seven markets to track their commercial performance and billing plans.
  • Support the preparation of cross-functional analyses in areas such as clienteling, pricing, finance, supply, and marketing.
  • Participate in projects aimed at evolving business processes and integrating new in-house systems.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a business school or equivalent university program.
  • Ideally, previous experience in business analysis, sales merchandising, or retail merchandising/buying.

Skills

Strong proficiency in Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIFS) and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent analytical skills and comfort with numerical data. Fluency in written and spoken English. Adaptability and strong teamwork capabilities. Interest in the luxury sector, particularly high jewelry.

Experience

Entry-level, suitable for students or recent graduates with some relevant experience.

Education

Currently pursuing a degree in business or a related field.
