Role & Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and interpret procurement data from various sources.
- Develop and maintain reports on key procurement metrics, such as spend analysis, savings tracking, and vendor performance.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement based on data.
- Assist in the sourcing process, including market research, supplier identification, and developing Requests for Information (RFI)/Proposals (RFP).
- Support the evaluation of supplier proposals and contribute to contract negotiations.
- Maintain accurate supplier databases and procurement documentation.
- Assist with various procurement projects, such as category strategy development and process improvement initiatives.
- Conduct research on industry best practices and emerging trends.
- Prepare presentations and reports for project updates and findings.
- Support the preparation for Procure-to-Pay (P2P) project implementation.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Year 3 or 4 undergraduate or graduate program, in a business-related or Supply Chain major.
- Authorized to work in Hong Kong without VISA sponsorship.
